Who created CLS software?

The Commercial Loan Success software was created by Dan Crowley, a commercial banker and entrepreneur. He has been using the software for over twenty years to analyze countless real estate and business transactions.

Is CLS a loan broker, banker, or lender?

CLS is not a loan broker, banker, or lender. The software is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to provide financial advice and is in no way a guarantee to be financed for a real estate transaction or business opportunity.

Does CLS give users financial advice?

No. CLS is a Cloud based analytic software that provides a platform for users to enter information regarding a commercial real estate transaction (purchase, sale, or refinance), or a business opportunity (purchase, refinance, or line of credit) and determine the merits of pursuing that opportunity with a lending institution.

Purchasing & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.  We do not accept cash or checks.

Do you offer a payment plan?

We do not offer a payment plan.  Our service is based on a single payment, annual renewable subscription.

What is your refund policy?

With all CLS Screeners, we offer a 30-Day money back guarantee. Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not completely satisfied, please send us a refund request at help@commercialloansuccess.com, or call us at 1-833-CLS-HELP (257-4357). We may ask a couple of questions to help us understand your reason for requesting a refund in an effort to potentially improve our products.

How do I cancel the reoccurring annual plan?

In order to cancel your recurring annual plan, please email us at help@commercialloansuccess.com and we will process your request.  We may call you to inquire about your reason for cancelling in order to improve our product.

Do I have to pay for future software upgrades?

All future software updates are included with your Annual Subscription.

Does the Special Offer Pricing apply to my annual renewal as well?

Yes! Our user agreement spells out the reasons, over time, why annual renewal prices may rise, but your base renewal pricing will stay at the level you pay today! However, if you cancel your subscription and sign up again later, you will sign up at the current price.

Functionality

Is CLS cloud based?

CLS is a Cloud-Based software and therefore requires access to the internet to utilize it.

Can I get CLS as a download?

We do not offer a downloadable version of the software.

How many users can access my account?

Only one user may access your account at a time.

Can my business partner, or other team members access and collaborate with me?

It is our policy that each account is user specific. Therefore, other team members or a business partner would require their own user license.

Can I work on more than one loan or property at a time?

There is no limit to the number of property or business loan screenings you can perform with the software.

Can I save my work in CLS?

All of the screenings you perform are saved within the software. You can only work within the software when you are connected to the internet. If you make changes to a specific property or business transaction, the newest version will be saved. If you wish to keep both versions separately, you will need to add a character to the preparer name or user name i.e. John Doe R1, or John Doe R2.  This will allow you to compare your results.

Can Loan Brokers use CLS?

Per our Terms and Conditions, Loan Brokers are not authorized to use the CLS Software.

Does CLS work for all industries?

CLS works for every industry - but is designed to serve small businesses looking for property and business financing – not skyscrapers!

Does a CLS "GO!" Result mean I have an approved loan?

No. There are many factors that go into a full loan approval (like credit history, etc.) that you and your lender will cover on the way to full approval.

Technical

What are the system requirements for CLS to work?

Because CLS is a Cloud Based Software, the only system requirement is to have access to
the internet and a compatible web browser.

Which browsers does CLS work on?

CLS has been tested with the most current versions of Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

Does CLS work on MAC products?

The CLS Software will work on both Apple and PC formats.

Does CLS work on tablets, phones and mobile devices?

CLS will work on PC’s, Tablets and phones. All that is required is a connection to the internet.

Do I need an internet connection to use CLS?

Yes, you will need an internet connection to use CLS.
